Responsibilities
- Greet & provide refreshments for customers
- Make bookings, receive and record payments
- Answer the telephone in a polite manner and deal with queries & bookings
- Assisting clients with paperwork
- Recording information on the computer
- Ensuring the clinic is clean & tidy at all times
- Cash up the till
- Lock up the clinic
