  • Greet & provide refreshments for customers
  • Make bookings, receive and record payments
  • Answer the telephone in a polite manner and deal with queries & bookings
  • Assisting clients with paperwork
  • Recording information on the computer
  • Ensuring the clinic is clean & tidy at all times
  • Cash up the till
  • Lock up the clinic
