STUDIO & LIVE STREAMED CLASSES
Our small group classes at our private studios in Rochdale & Rossendale are perfect for those managing, suffering or recovering from back, neck & joint problems. Open to all ages & level of fitness our studio based and live streamed classes will help you improve your flexibility, strengthen your core, strengthen your arms & legs, reduce joint pain and prevent injury. Our experienced team of instructors will carefully guide you through a series of exercises during our safe & closely supervised classes.
Tracy is a devotee of pilates and has been sharing her expertise and teaching classes in our studios for 20 years. Having completed a comprehensive training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) she has gone on to broaden her knowledge including to include courses covering ante & post natal pilates, exercise ball, balance cushions, standing pilates, weighted balls, resisted bands and many more.
Our highly experienced team of pilates instructors are able to provide you with either small group classes in our warm, clean studios or live streamed classes in the comfort of your own home. Matwork exercises are undertaken under the careful guidance of our expert team making use of small pilates equipment (you can improvise if you decide to join us from your home!) as your ability or needs allow. The chance of injury is much lower than with other forms of exercise and it is suitable for people of all ages.

Working under the guidance of our pilates trained therapists you will soon notice improved core strength, greater postural awareness, increased flexibility and a much better knowledge of how your body is designed to move. Most importantly over 95% of our clients find it an extremely useful way to prevent pain occuring or manage long-term joint problems, particularly low back pain.
Studio Based Classes
- £10 per class for a 50 minute class
- All classes are led by an experienced, trained pilates instructor
- There is maximum of nine places in each class in our purpose built, on site studios
- If you are new to pilates we will send you a link to a FREE video that goes through the basics of pilates so that you are familiar with the concept of pilates before you join a class.
- All equipment is provided except a head cushion/pillow
- You book a place in the same class on the same day each week for the duration of a block (typically 5-6 weeks).
Live Streamed Classes
- £5 per class for a 50 minute class
- All classes are led by a highly experienced pilates instructor
- There is no commitment to attend & no need to book
- To join a class just call the clinic to make an initial payment of £20. We will then send you a link to a FREE video that goes through the basics of pilates so that you are familiar with the concept of pilates before you join a class.
- The classes are streamed over Zoom & the links for the following weeks classes are sent out each weekend – just follow the link to join whenever it is convenient.
- You can attend as frequently as you like.
- A register is taken at the beginning of each class and £5 is deducted from your initial £20 payment. When you have used up all of your funds, we will email with details of how to top up the account. You can then pay as little or as much as they like.
