Pilates is a balanced blend of low impact strength and flexibility exercises that improve posture, increase flexibility and core strength. It is excellent for the long term management of spinal & general joint pain.

Following a thorough verbal and physical assessment our APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) trained therapists are able to provide you with one to one sessions or small group classes in our warm, clean studios. Matwork exercises are undertaken under the careful guidance of our expert team making use of small pilates equipment ( over ball, magic circle, theraband, foam roller, gym ball) as your ability or needs allow. The chance of injury is much lower than with other forms of exercise and it is suitable for people of all ages.
