Pilates is a balanced blend of low impact strength and flexibility exercises that improve posture, increase flexibility and core strength. It is excellent for the long term management of spinal & general joint pain.

Following a thorough assessment our APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) trained therapists are able to provide you with either small group classes in our warm, clean studios or live streamed classes in the comfort of your own home. Matwork exercises are undertaken under the careful guidance of our expert team making use of small pilates equipment (you can improvise if you decide to join us from your home!) as your ability or needs allow. The chance of injury is much lower than with other forms of exercise and it is suitable for people of all ages.

Pilates is a system of controlled movement exercises aimed at building strength in your core muscles to improve posture, balance and flexibility. Working under the guidance of our pilates trained therapists you will soon notice improved core strength, greater postural awareness, increased flexibility and a much better knowledge of how your body is designed to move. Most importantly over 95% of our clients find it an extremely useful way to prevent pain occuring or manage long-term joint problems, particularly low back pain.

Studio Based Classes

  • £10 per class for a 50 minute class
  • All classes are led by a physiotherapist 
  • There is maximum of nine places in each class in our purpose built, on site studios
  • If you are new to pilates we will send you a link to a FREE video that goes through the basics of pilates so that you are familiar with the concept of pilates before you join a class.
  • All equipment is provided except a head cushion/pillow
  • You book a place in the same class on the same day each week for the duration of a block (typically 5-6 weeks).
  • All of our clinics are fully covid safe and all attendees are risk assessed before joining a class and must adhere to our strict covid policy.

Live Streamed Classes

  • £5 per class for a 50 minute class
  • All classes are led by a physiotherapist
  • There is no commitment to attend & no need to book
  • To join the just call the clinic to make an initial payment of £20. We will then send you a link to a FREE video that goes through the basics of pilates so that you are familiar with the concept of pilates before you join a class.
  • The classes are streamed over Zoom & the links for the following weeks classes are sent out each weekend an you just follow the link to join whenever it is convenient.
  • You can attend as frequently as you like.
  • A register is taken at the beginning of class and £5 is deducted from your initial £20 payment. When you have used up all of funds funds, we will email with details of how to top up the account. You can then pay as little or as much as they like.
