Brogan graduated from the University of Salford in June 2017 with a Bsc Hons in Physiotherapy. She started her career at Bolton Foundation Trust NHS on the rotational scheme gaining experience in several different areas of physiotherapy including Neurology, Respiratory Care, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, General Medicine and Musculoskeletal Therapy.
Brogans main areas of interest are Musculoskeletal, Sports and Injury Prevention & Pilates. She completed her dissertation on ‘The effectiveness of neuromuscular training programs to reduce the risk of Anterior Cruciate Ligament injuries in football players’.
During her time at University Brogan has gained valuable experience working at professional rugby league club Widnes Vikings. She splits her time between working at Bradley Physio and Eccles RUFC. Her duties include providing pre/post match sports massage, pitch-side first aid, injury assessment, treatment and rehabititation.
Brogan completed her Sports Massage training in 2015 and Acupuncture qualifications in March 2018. More recently she has completed her APPI Pilates training and has now joined Bradley Physios growing team of Pilates Instructors. Brogan regularly updates her knowledge and skills to maintain evidence based practice.
In her spare time she enjoys riding her two horses and walking the dogs.
