About
I always wanted to be involved in physiotherapy and rehabilitation growing up, being able to rehabilitate people back to full fitness seemed like a really rewarding job.
I am currently completing my Masters in Physiotherapy to progress my knowledge further, with prior completing my BSc in Sports Rehabilitation. Following this I went on to work with Oldham Athletics Football Club first team and academy for 4.5 years, treating the players with anything from a blister to a ruptured Anterior Cruciate Ligament. Traveling to away games, covering training sessions, leading recovery sessions, and providing rehabilitation to injured players whether that be in the gym or on the pitch, ensuring they were fit enough and strong enough to get back playing as soon as possible. While also having worked in rugby league for both Leigh Centurions and Oldham Roughed’s, providing further pitch side cover at games and training. I  have previously also worked for 2 years part time in another physiotherapy clinic treating a range of MSK injuries and conditions including back pain, neck pain, arthritis and sports injuries.
In my spare time I enjoy taking my dog for nice long walks, watching football, going to the gym and swimming.
