Patrick Bradley – Clinical Director MSK Physiotherapist
About Patrick
Patrick’s journey into physiotherapy began with a deep passion for sport. As a schoolboy player for Manchester United, he balanced elite-level football with his studies, completing his A Levels before a knee injury unexpectedly changed his path. Determined to stay in the world of sport, he retrained as a physiotherapist.
In the early years of his career, Patrick worked across the NHS and with both amateur and professional teams, including Rugby Union and Rugby League. His skills quickly gained recognition, leading to a role with England Rugby Union, where he toured internationally with the squad and contributed to several key victories.
Within 18 months, Patrick was invited to join the RFU’s elite performance department—a specialist medical team supporting England’s top rugby talent, including the first team, Saxons, Under 20s, and Under 18s. Throughout his time with the RFU, he treated some of the sport’s best-known players, including Jonny Wilkinson, Mike Tindall, Andrew Sheridan, Ben Youngs, Courtney Lawes, and Ian Balshaw.
Patrick is committed to advancing his clinical expertise and has completed numerous postgraduate qualifications. He was one of the first physiotherapists in the UK to administer steroid joint injections and later qualified as a Non-Medical Prescriber, enabling him to issue prescriptions and offer more comprehensive care to his patients.
Today, Patrick brings decades of elite-level sports and clinical experience to Bradley Physio, helping patients of all levels recover, move, and perform at their best.
