What We Do

We offer a comprehensive range of treatments for a wide variety of injuries and conditions.

Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability.

Spinal Manipulation & Mobilisation

Sometimes called Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Spinal Mobilisation Techniques are hands-on passive oscillatory movements of the bones of the spine (the vertebra).

Sports Rehabilitation

This specialised branch of physiotherapy deals with injuries specifically related to sport.

Acupuncture is derived from ancient Chinese medicine. Fine needles are inserted at specific points around the body to relieve pain and stimulate the healing process.

Pilates is a balanced blend of low impact strength and flexibility exercises that improve posture, increase flexibility and core strength. It is excellent for the long term management of spinal & general joint pain.

Electrotherapy is a form of medical treatment, which uses machines to speed up the repair process, stimulate muscles and reduce pain.

intra-articular injection

Joint Injections

Use of injections of corticosteroid in the treatment of inflammatory reactions is becoming increasingly popular, safe and effective.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is a non-surgical treatment, and works by delivering impulses of energy, targeted to specific damaged tissues within the abnormal tendon. It is particularly successful in cases where injuries have failed to respond to other forms of physiotherapy or more conservative treatments.

Rehabilitation Programmes

Rehabilitation is the process of restoring a persons physical functionality to a normal state following surgery or injury. We can offer a range of tailor-made programmes to suit all needs.

private prescriptions

Private Prescription Service

We offer a full private prescription service for a range of medication related to your problem.
