Carole started work in the legal profession and soon realised this was not for her and moved over to the medical profession where she has been ever since.

She worked for a very busy local GP surgery for 8 years and then as a Personal Assistant for an Orthopaedic Surgeon for the following 12 years until he retired. Carole joined the team at Bradley Physio in 2005 as a full time receptionist and has progressed over the years to the position of Practice Manager. As well as ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, dealing with billing queries and liaising with Health Insurance Companies, Carole is responsible for the recruitment and training of new additions to the reception team. She works closely with Tracy & Patrick to ensure that Bradley Physio maintains the high level of patient care and customer service that their customers expect.

In her youth Carole was a competitive swimmer and still enjoys swimming, watersports, mountain biking and walking.
