Kiera Bradley – Senior Specialist MSK Physiotherapist
About Kiera
Kiera’s journey into the world of physiotherapy began with her passion for horse riding and running, sparking a deep interest in biomechanics and the art of injury rehabilitation and prevention. Her early fascination with how the body moves and heals led her to pursue a career where she could make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
While studying at the University of Liverpool, where she earned her BSc Hons in Physiotherapy, Kiera didn’t just hit the books. She actively enhanced her practical skills, completing her APPI Pilates Class Instructor training and gaining hands-on experience as an assistant at Bradley Physio. This dual approach of learning and applying knowledge set the foundation for her dynamic career.
Upon graduating, Kiera joined the NHS, where she gained invaluable experience across a broad spectrum of physiotherapy disciplines. At the same time, she continued to work part-time at Bradley Physio, deepening her expertise in sports injuries and musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Her commitment to expanding her skill set led her to join Bradley Physio full-time in October 2021, where she has been an integral part of the team ever since.
Kiera’s thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there. In 2021 she completed her AACP acupuncture course, a skill she finds particularly effective in treating headaches and neck pain. Her comprehensive understanding of the body and its mechanics, coupled with her APPI Pilates training, makes her a versatile and highly skilled therapist. Kiera is also a valued member of our Pilates teaching team, where she helps clients enhance their strength and flexibility.
Beyond the clinic, Kiera’s passion for physiotherapy extends to the field. She provides expert treatment, rehabilitation, and pitch-side match day physiotherapy for Rochdale Rugby Union Football Club. Her exceptional assessment skills and quick decision-making are crucial in this high-pressure environment, where she manages a variety of injuries on the spot.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their physical best, Kiera loves to unwind by exploring the Great British countryside with her horse and dogs. She spends many of her holidays farming and joins a farm in Cheshire each year during the lambing season. This love for the outdoors and active lifestyle perfectly complements her professional expertise, making her a relatable and inspiring therapist for clients of all backgrounds.
